Ex Our Vashi Office + Packing and Freight + GST as applicable at the time of delivery

Price Escalation Clause :

The offered Prices are on the basis of the Following: CurentEx change Rate , Custom Duty and Taxes applicable and any other Factor which effects the offered prices , In the event of any Change we will not have any altenative except to revise the prices and amend the Order.

Insurance :

Material dispatched is to be insured by you unless specially requested we will not insure any shipments

Delivery :

generally all the instruments are in stock subject to Prior Sale , we will try to maintain the delivery subject to force major Clause which is beyond our control
